Fair Trade?

I have a Toyota Corolla LE with 29,000 miles, very good condition, that I want to trade for a Subaru Sport 2020 with 61,000 miles. No accidents and all services have been done on time since 2020 on the Forester. Dealer Lifetime Warranty on Drive Train, Engine, and axles included. They want 10,200 out the door (taxes, dealer fees, everything included) with my 2020 Toyota. Is that a fair deal? I know nothing and don't want to feel like they saw me coming - a 63-year-old female on her own. Thanks!
