EZ Care Warranty

We are about to the end of our Gold Plus 100,000mile / 60 month warranty on our 2019 Outback. We are at 84,000 miles, but near the 60 month deadline, and the offered warranty is up to an additional 84 months / or another 100,000 miles. Should we consider an extended EZ Care warranty coverage offered by our local Subaru dealer? The cost for up to the max is $3,700.00.
