Hi good day,I'm getting error code ECU 11006 on my 2004 Subaru Impreza, can you tell me what that means . Thank you

You might try disconnecting the battery to reset the ECU to see if that helps any. That makes the ECU reboot so to speak.

Disconnect the positive and negative battery cables.

Short the cables together for 15 seconds or so.

Reconnect the cables then start the car.

The ECU will reboot as can be seen with the dash lights first turning on then going off as the various circuits are scanned.

If any thing is still amiss, the check engine will light.

Look for loose connectors and wiring problems under the hood if you still have a CE light.

Good morning, I did that already but it did not, work . The car was taken to a mechanic to have the timing belt kit replaced , and right after the mechanic changed the parts the car never starts , this is when my problem began

Sounds to me as if the mechanic has the problem not you. He broke it so it's up to him to fix it. Otherwise, he's outta business.
