Hey all, I've got an 01' outback with an EJ that I bought a couple months ago. When I got it I knew that it had a rod knock so when I brought it home I got the motor out and disassembled. My biggest question here is: what head gaskets could I use for this engine? I've heard that it's better to use the multi layer steel gaskets from a turbo car instead of a single layer graphite coated one. I just am unable to confirm which one is compatible for my engine, so I'm not sure which Subaru part number I should use.
