Crosstrek sputtering

My 2021 crosstrek is sputtering when it's cold. Like it's going to backfire. Car dealer says to try better gas. Not doing any better. Any Ideas?

My 21 sputters, or at least acts like it is struggling after filling it up for a few seconds once I’m driving.. When new it would burp gas back out fill tube but quit that quit after I got 15k on it. At 50k now and I can say it always does the sputter/ surge feeling every time I fill tank. No code and dealer has no idea. Since I like this car, I call this a non issue and will fix if gets worse some day.
