Compatibility between body parts for 4th generation Impreza

Got into a little fender- bender and my bumper, grille, and hood need to be replaced. I've got a 2014 base model Impreza hatch and I've found another 4th gen Impreza from a different model year at an auto wrecker yard and want to harvest the needed parts but would like to be sure they'll fit. Anyone know if body parts are compatible between model years?
