Hello everyone!
I just bought a wonderful 2005 Subaru legacy 2.0l manual.
The car has a lot of bells and whistles and I enjoy driving it. Especially here in Norway. AWD is almost a must.
But a few days after buying it the car started making a weird squealing sound under heavy load. The loud noise is coming from somewhere in the engine bay.
The sound almost always comes if I stand still and taking off from first gear, it's most common uphill.
If I take it out slowly the sound won't come.
It can happen in all the gear but since it only comes during heavy load it's most common in first.
The clutch and transmission fells wonderfull and both works perfectly well.
I will provide a video link
.
My dad told me it might be because the clutch has gotten really warm at some point and is really hard.
Any replies and help is well appreciated
