Clicking noise left rear wheel

Clicking noise occurs for 5 secs in left rear wheel after starting and moving a few feet and does not reoccur until vehicle is turned off. Had alignment 3 days ago, 45k miles

cheak the boot on the CV shaft, if that's not torn and greas slung out, then at this low miles could be something silly, like the lug nuts weren't tightened down properly. hard to say , a video with audio and someone standing next to theh car filiming would help
