Audio System Acting Strangely

2023 Limited: Last week all the favorite artists/songs I had deleted suddenly reappeared. Also, when I started the car yesterday, the radio volume was at its highest level. I love tech, but only when it works properly.

The loud radio happened to me today for the first time. Super loud. Like when the car next to you pays their radio so loud the trunk rattles. It took me a second to realize it was MY radio. 2022 Limited. Is this a known/recurring problem, or just random?
