Audio output issues

So I have a 2021 legacy sport. I have had a aftermarket subwoofer and amplifier installed since I owned it 4 years ago. I Installed a new woofer and box and needed to re-tune my amplifier.

So when I play a 40hrt test tone through my system via my phone and android auto as I did every other time, this last time I had a odd issue. For 30 seconds the signal sounds clean and my oscilloscope reflects with sine wave but after 30 seconds the sound gets loder really buzzy and I the signal decrease, my wave for gets smaller as if I turned the volume down, but the output volume actually seems to have increased with a very unclean sound.

I haven't tried just using only Bluetooth and not using android auto, and never updated the firmware of my starlink HU so I'm not sure if this could be some type of bug? But I don't remember having this happen before but i also havent made any adjustments to my audio for 2 years. I dont hear and funky noise when music is playing but i wonder is my singnal is staying the same while playing? in the past it just played a steady tone until I turned off and don't recall it ever happening. I also noticed that starting and stopping the tone would reset it and it would be normal but for less time maybe 15 seconds clean isntead of 30 seconds. If I close the application I could get 30 seconds clean again, I also tried 2 other tone generator applications to test and all beaved exact same way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have read there have been several android auto and bluetooth issues and various other issues as well with this head unit and other improvements so I probably should update either way, but I'm not sure if it's that simple but I'm not sure where to look to get this solved. Thanks
