Another newbie 2000 Forester question

Can anyone explain to me how to remove/replace the digital clock that is
above the windshield? Mine seems to be dead, but rather than spend ~$100
for the dealer to replace it, I'd rather do it myself (if it is not too
difficult).

I small 1/8 inch wide screwdriver into the slot of the bezel will pop
it loose. From others on this NG it seems there is a wire that becomes
unsoldered. Just resolder if that's it. ed
