To start off with I own a 2021 crosstrek and I’m going to be lifting. To me nothing looks better than a lifted Subaru. Is there any aftermarket CV axles for added strength available? Thanks for all replies.

FYI
Until just recently I was an avid rock crawler.
Before I swapped the front axle and suspension setup for a solid axle I ran a mildly lifted IFS. I also bought supposedly unbreakable CV axels and even hauled a couple of them around with me all the time as spares.
I got so good a swapping out broken, supposedly unbreakable, CV axles that I could do to the job alone and unassisted in 30 minutes flat.
Then came the day that I finally broke my last CV axle and decided to do the solid axle swap.
Then I had to find a way to make the breakable part easy to change, which were the lock out hubs that could be swapped without even jacking the vehicle up using only an Allen wrench.
There is no such thing as unbreakable.

You are right about that. I was thinking maybe a wrx would have a stronger axle or an outback if aftermarket was wrong route.

Maybe but I doubt it. You'll find the auto industry tries their best to use what they already have at hand as much as possible. I've even seen it extended to entire cars that crossed over to another makers brand name. Same car sold under two entirely different brand names. Only the badges differed.
