I had my 2017 Subaru Forester turned on in Park with the AC blowing while I was vacuuming the interior (using the car DC outlet to run my handheld vacuum). Afterward I noticed water dripping underneath the vehicle, just inside the front right wheel. Is this normal?

You know how physics work?

If you ever wondered why all the grass is covered in droplets even though there was no rain?

Cooling down air condensates the moisture out of the air. Your car collects it and drains on the ground.

Refrigerant will not leak out. It vaporises instantly. You will notice not having cold air.

By the way. AC in car is a sealed system. You NEVER need to "recharge" it.
Those who say otherwise are making money on "charging" AC every summer once or twice .
