A weird outside temperature display problem?

I've had issues with the outside temperature display in other cars, but nothing quite like this. In my 2022 Ascent, the outside temperature displayed is very accurate UNTIL the outside temperature goes above about 85 degrees F. Then it suddenly displays temperatures in the 70s. E.g. last week the outside temperature was 92 degrees, and the display said it was 73. It was this way whether moving or stopped. It's happened multiple times when the outside temperature gets really warm. Anybody else ever seen anything like this??
