97 legacy ej22 weird misfire

I recently bought a 97’ legacy wagon with a bad clutch and a rough running engine I took the engine out replaced the clutch, piston rings, head gaskets, and found out that every single intake valve was bent so I replaced those too but ever since I put it back together it has a bad low speed miss in two cylinders that I can’t seem to find the cause. I have already replaced the coil, plug wires, plugs, tested the injectors, and the map, and replaced the o2 sensor
