We need to replace the fog lights & trim around the fog lights.
Is there a source OTHER than the dealer for these?

Well, yes. You have two options.
One is to get some used from a wrecker/ebay/etc.
Another would be to get a custom-made front bar (i assume you've had a bit
of a bender)
