2024 crosstrek loud background noise while making calls

Hi,
I've had a 2024 crosstrek since August and when I make calls on Bluetooth the people on the receiving end complain about noise. This was never an issue with my 2019 crosstrek is there a way to fix this issue?

I hope there is a fix to this at some point. I really miss my 2019.
