2023 Outback DRLs/Headlights

Does the 2023 Outback have dedicated DRLs, or do the headlights now act as the DRLs? If headlights are now the DRLs, is the brightness the same in DRL mode as it is at night, or is the brightness reduced for daytime driving?

If C-design lights still activate when in another mode (park), is there an aftermarket way to turn them on with the DRLs?

Per the manual, the DRLs come on automatically.
