2020 Crosstrek Reverse Noise

Only when backing up, engine/trans has metallic grinding sound. Anyone know about this? Thanks.
 
Same issue. 2020 crosstrek 47K miles. Started making a grinding sound going into reverse. Getting new transmission. Thankful under warranty. Going back to toyota
