We've been trouble shooting this issue with two different dealers (San Antonio and Waco). No one seems to have any insight into why this happens. Safety issue as our daughter will get turned around and will try to unplug the phone to see if it helps, etc.
Has anyone else on here had this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it?
- No navigation as part of the head unit but does have Apple Car Play
- GPS from our phones (iPhones - 7, 8, X, and 11) using Waze, Apple Maps, or Google Maps is never accurate for more than a few seconds
- Tried using from our phones plugged in and using Apple Car Play or just using freestanding (ex. as a passenger)
- Even tried a free standing Garmin unit and it keeps searching for signal
Has anyone else on here had this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it?
