2019 Forester with a rough idle at start

Hi , first post here .
My 19 Forester has a rough idle at cold start and if you give it gas the engine rpms go up and down .
Its not showing any codes and after warmup its fine .
This is my third Forester and all previous ones have been trouble free , only general maintenance.
Looking forward to hear you thoughts.
Subaru is my worry free ride , I have Jaguars to keep me in trouble.

Have you tried performing an 'idle relearn' yet? Any recent work done to the car?

I used some injector cleaner and it seems to be good now . What is idle relearn ?
