2018 impreza random audio changes - help?

Recent issue... using terrestrial radio or bluetooth (Apple CarPlay and Apple Music) we notice the audio screen jsut randomly pops up and it automatically adjusts audio.

I don't see an Auto-adjust audio option anywhere... Seems we have the latest software...
(Rel_A1.19.12.20)

Just started recently ..
Thoughts?
