2017 Impreza and others getting new engines?

Anyone know what the story is about the recall concerning the pcv valve coming apart and going into the engine? They said some (200,000) will get new engines others new PCV valves.

I have a 2017 and brought it in the other day. They did 3 recalls , rubber brake hoses, checked pcv valve and replaced it and reflashed the radio again plus they gave me new wipers free and tried to sell me a cabin filter for 45 bucks which I declined and did my self for 20. They didn't say anything about new motor and when I asked said they haven't done any yet.
