2015 forester cat pee smell when stopping at stop lights.

Anyone have any idea what would be the cause of this? We changed the cabin air filter but still have the smell. No smell when outside the car. No leaks or drips on the ground.

A cat is getting up on your engine overnight to keep warm and urinating there. Happened to me years back. Pretty common.
