So none of the speed settings are working at all & the dial doesn't click to OFF or 4 completely. No speeds are working at all so I don’t think its the blower motor resistor or the blower fan. I think its just something with the dial. I can still push it to to click it between fresh or recycled cabin air. Anyone know what this is? Ty in advance.

Also the lil bit of air that comes through on fresh air setting can be heated or cooled still by the temperature dial.So none of the speed settings are working at all & the dial doesn't click to OFF or 4 completely.
