2012 Subaru Impreza EGR is not ready after 2000 miles of driving , all the rest smog components are ready

I got this car about 1 year ago with a bad left hand head cylinder and changed it with another used one the same engine code, and started driving it , and performed the dealer recommendation procedure to clear the incomplete monitor, all had cleared except the EGR MONITOR, I went beyond that and drove it almost about 2000 miles and still not clearing, is there a remedy for this , i am baffled, and don't know what to do, any would be appreciate it.,

Perhaps there's an EGR problem? Have you diagnosed anything?

.... , like maybe replacing the (failing-?) EGR System .... ???

Never knew any mechanical device that ever healed itself , all by its little OLD ( !!! ) self .... ???

Maybe you forgot to Torque the Valve Stem Caps to Subaru Spec ... ???

Probably not blinker fluid or muffler bearings.
