Hello All,
Just bought a 2011 Outback 3.6R Limited. 178000 miles. $7000. It's pretty nice and got it for a steal. Just replaced the battery, the serpentine belt, and the battery for the key. Anything else I should be looking at? Checked the alternator and its putting out the correct voltage
Sounds like there's a bit of a clunk in the front suspension. Are there any bushings or such that I should focus in on?
Thanks for any advice or direction. I've bought three crosstreks for my daughters and wife but I've been wanting an outback as my daily driver. I'm giving my 2018 Tacoma to my son for his driver in two weeks when he turns sixteen. Its about the safest and most reliable thing I could give him. I'm sure not giving him the 2011 Outback. The thing is a friggin rocket.
