I own a 2011 Outback. I've taken out the two window bolts, so the window moves freely.
Can someone point me to an online video on how to remove the window from the door frame?
I'm thinking the fixed, triangular window needs to be removed.

Got it! I laid the door down on sawhorses. Standing at top of the the door:
I removed the:
(1) the right channel nut(s).
(2) the right rubber channel grommet which is about two feet long.
Starting from a closed (down) window position, I twisted the window in a clockwise manner getting both sides out of and above the left and right channels. The window came out!
I spent hours online. Not one explanation as to how to do this.
Someone add whether steps 1 and 2 were necessary.
