2009 forester stereo issues

I just replaced the stock stereo in my forester and now I’m having multiple issues. For starters the stereo does not retain memory. This is most likely a reversed wire. My key fob also has stopped working and my interior lights do not come on when I open the door or turn the ignition off. Please help!!!

You wired it wrong and probably blew a fuse or 2. Id check fuses and fix the wiring issue.

Thanks I was thinking that maybe it was a fuse as well but I’m trying to figure out as well if the CAN Bus for the original stereo might also be the problem I just don’t know what color to connect it too on the after market harness seeing as how I’m going from 20 wires to ten lol
