2006 Impreza Rust around rear diff. looking to purchase

Looking at buying this 2006 Impreza but a worried about the rust in the photos below. Especially on the differential since it seems to have flaked off in chunks. Ill go to see it in person the coming week so i can have an actual look. but I would like some advice on wether this seems in poor condition and other things to look out for when inspecting since i dont have alot of experience with these things

Looks damn good for an 06. Must not be in a northern state.

Is in austria europe, we get alot of snow here and around the area where the car is the mountain roads get salted quite a bit too.

Austria...been there...jealous. Love me some Gruner Veltliner!! My 2018 xtrek here in western PA looks worse than that!! ditto our 2016 outback.
