Losing coolant from exhaust pipe. Need to add a quart of water to rad every day. Did a compression test and all 4 cylinders are at 180 lbs. Could this be a head gasket or a cracked head?
Test with a cylinder leak down test.
A boroscope with a pressure tester on the rad can also present the leak inside the cylinder when viewing with the boroscope.
