Does anyone know if I can get a rear mounted bicycle carrier for my 03
wrx wagon? I am at work so I don't even know if the car has a place to
attach a bike rack on the back...

Get a trailer hitch and rack that attaches to it such as the one shown here (near the bottom of the page):
