2002 legacy problem

Hi all. I am new here. I have a 2002 legacy. It was having a problem starting. So we changed a battery. That helped for a few. Then it would not start. So we changed a altinator. Now it won't start. And when we try, the alarm goes off. Any ideas?? Please let me know and thanks
