Hello,
I have a 2000 Subaru Legacy Brighton wagon. Unfortunatly it does not have headrests in the rear. Next month I would like to make a long roadtrip with it, and I am having passengers in the back, so adding headrests would be nice for their safety and comfort.
Since around here (Vancouver, BC, Canada) many legacy's of higher trim levels have ended up - unfortunately - on the scrapyards, it should not be too great a challenge to find rear seats with headrests. But are those interchangable?
I assume all 2000 legacy wagons and outbacks share the same mounting points for rear seats, or is my assumption wrong?
If I can change out the rear seats, can I also change between different model years of this generation (99-2004)? And lastly, is there a difference between sedan rear seats and wagon ones?
Thanks a bunch!
