When starting the car(138,000 miles) and driving it cold(warm or cold weather), then braking for the the first stop a couple miles up the road-then immediately accelerating again before a complete stop , there is a harsh vibration/shuttering and the engine occasionally dies(immediately restarts). Once driven a little while it will not do it again until another cold start up. There are no odd noises when driving at any speed, the shifting is fine and no burnt smells. When warm, runs perfectly. Thoughts?
