Hey guys. 2009 Subaru forester XT had it throwing P011 and p0021 so bank A and B. Replaced the solenoids, fresh oil etc and reset the codes only to have the same codes come back on 20km later. The car isn’t actually driving that bag. No noises but Sluggish/lack of boost and fuel consumption is 2-2.5L higher than usual. Idling fine. Any ideas? Thanks

Network controllers do not "throw codes". Network controllers record codes.
P011 is missing a digit. Read your post again.

A) The codes indicate the intake camshafts are advanced when they should not be, or did not advance as commanded. This could be caused by plugged oil passages for the Variable Valve Timing (VVT) actuators. See TSB 02-106-08R for a possible restricted AVCS banjo bolt filter. (Burned oil particles)

B) Lack of proper maintenance causes the oil to break down / leave burned particles and restrict the inlet screens at the banjo bolts for the oil feed pipes. Lack of oil volume then damages the turbocharger (bearings) and causes the variable valve timing codes.

You're Welcome.
