08 Outback Transmission compatibility

I bought a new used transmission for my 08 outback 2.5i.

I just pulled the new one today. Upon getting a closer look the new one has a 2 bolt shift switch with dynamic control and the old one has a 3 bolt shifter switch without dynamic control. Can I still use this or will it make my computer system freak out?
